IOWS was founded by its MD Dr Nozizwe Olgah Nkuna who has 23 years of medical experience being a GP from 2000 and Occupational Practitioner from 2005. Dr Nozizwe Olgah Nkuna is a General Practitioner with a Diploma in Occupational Health. She is also a Managing Director of Inside Out Wellness Solutions based in Cape Town. She has 25 years of experience in Medical Practice as she completed her MBChB in 1997 at MEDUNSA. Dr. Nkuna established a successful wellness centre and clinic in Randburg, Johannesburg between 2002 to 2013.

Dr.Nkuna runs her GP practice by appointments whereby she offers general medical examination, weight loss programs, IV hydration therapy and facial peels for skin radiance and Hyperpigmentation. Dr.Nkuna has a great interest in Women's health and provides services such as cervical and breast cancer screening, pap smears as well as referrals for mammograms.

Currently, she is an Occupational Medical Advisor for Transnet , Engen Head Office and Momentum Wellness Bellville. Overall, given her knowledge and experience, Dr. Nkuna continuously empowers her patients to feel good inside and out.

Inside Out Wellness Solutions LTD (Pty) is a registered private company which offers top tier medical services designed to increase individual’s/ employees longevity, increase their productivity, reduce health care costs and absenteeism, enhance morale as well as create a positive return on investment.

We are a primary contact to individuals and then refer to other specialists in our network if the need arises as we are treating individuals holistically. We work in close association with a clinical psychologist, Occupational therapist, Physiotherapist and Dietitians to help individuals Inside and Out.
